With a combined experience of over 50 years in the industry, including leadership roles at iconic establishments such as Piero’s Italian Cuisine, Hakkasan Group, and Table 34, Alexander and Glusman bring unparalleled expertise to this new project.

The kitchen at Bramàre is helmed by Executive Chef Joe Valdez III, whose innovative approach to classic Italian cuisine is evident in the daily house-made pastas and sauces, as well as a selection of distinctive dishes.
