New off-Strip Restaurant Aims to Fill Late-Night ‘Void’
Bramàre is a creation from scratch, offering a modern take on Italian cuisine without focusing on any particular region. It's set to open July 12 and will be a new late night spot for Vegas night owls.
Bramàre: A New Italian Dining Experience on Paradise Road
Bramàre, pronounced brah-MAR-ay, is set to open July 12, 2024 at 3900 Paradise Road, Suite H.
Founded by Evan Glusman and Constantin Alexander of Batch Hospitality, the restaurant's name means "to crave" in Italian, reflecting its aim to satisfy culinary desires. Unlike their previous venture, Table 34, Bramàre is a creation from scratch, offering a modern take on Italian cuisine without focusing on any particular region. The ambiance features a moody mix of exposed ductwork, dark charcoal tones, veneered brick, and custom lighting, creating a city vibe that caters to late-night diners. Open until 3 a.m., Bramàre aims to fill the void of upscale dining options available late at night in Las Vegas.
