The much-anticipated Italian-inspired fine dining restaurant, Bramàre, is now open at The Collective (3900 Paradise Road). Created by Constantin Alexander and Evan Glusman of Batch Hospitality, Bramàre welcomes guests Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. Reservations can be made at throughout the week for dinner or late night dining.

Perfect for date nights, pre- or post-concert dining, and late-night outings, Bramàre offers a unique culinary experience. Executive Chef Joe Valdez III has crafted a menu that blends traditional Italian flavors with modern twists, featuring freshly prepared pastas, artfully arranged oysters, Ora King salmon, and perfectly charred pizzas.

The cocktail menu complements the cuisine with innovative drinks such as the “Nordic Wonderland” with Svöl Danish-Style Aquavit and the “Truffle Shuffle” made with Knob Creek bourbon, butterscotch reduction, and truffle oil.

Bramàre's ambiance is alluring and meticulously designed. The striking black and copper color scheme, combined with a curated selection of contemporary art, evokes a sense of nighttime indulgence. An illuminated wine wall showcases an extensive wine program with artisanal selections from around the world. The restaurant features dark, moody wood and luxurious draping surrounding spacious dining booths, creating an intimate setting. Golden “bar angels” hover above the granite bartop, while intricate custom lighting fixtures add to the sophisticated atmosphere.
